         Coming from nine years of experience, with myself and my clients, the Six Steps can help your Body, Mind, and Soul find a sacred balance between the Heart and the Head. I work with clients in person, over the phone, as well as the internet. When working with you I focus first on balancing The  Six Steps... which when followed with persistence life becomes play. In my opinion the key to freedom is in the building of new lifestyle habits.  Habits that serve us not dis-ease us. The body heals itself. I know this because I’ve had the pleasure of not only observing my own health benefits from living the steps but I’ve had the pleasure of observing my clients. Tom is healthy enough to start his journey to come off his blood pressure medication. Jean-Francois’s bad cholesterol level has dropped rapidly this past year since his stress is now managed. We live in an age where there is more sitting than standing!  Our lifestyles cause weight gain, depression, sore lower backs, diabetes, tension in the shoulders and neck, lack of energy and a poor sex drive!  Exercise can help bring the body back into balance, but it must be a SMART exercise.  Exercise should be a prescription to living healthy, not the reason for a dis-ease or pain in your body. Learn more about your body (heart), mind (brain) and spirit (blood), all of which we have been given in this life - FREE OF CHARGE! I believe in the importance of CORE FOUNDATION FIRST.  Is your core functioning properly?  Do you have tight hip flexors? Did you know that tight hip flexors can cause disfunction in your lower abdominal area? Learn to stretching the hip flexors ( See Chrysalis Gives ) and get that CORE STRONGER!  Build your Core (foundation) as though it is the basement of your DREAM HOUSE. It all begins with the Core. 

Key exercises such as squatting, bending, lunging, twisting, pushing, pulling and balancing are the foundation for all exercises.  Eventually we’ll do lots of these.  But first we should focus on proper form, good flexibility, nutrition and hydration. We will prepare your body first for the workouts it really wants and desires!  Like we have to go to school and learn the basics of life first before heading out into the world we have to take responsibility for our bodies if we want to be truly happy. The Medical industry can’t do this alone and WIN. Let’s all play our part in healing our own lives and watch, as though it was a beautiful sunrise, Peace come about naturally first WITH OURSELF, THEN THE WORLD!  

Symptoms of the body that we cover up with drugs are the body’s way of telling us that we’re out of balance.  For example, headaches can be a message from the body that there may have been an imbalance in the last meal you ate. ( Too many Carbs and not enough Fat and Protein! It’s that simple folks! ) Cravings don’t always mean you are hungry, they can mean your body is thirsty.  I share with my clients the “WHY” behind the importance of proper meal balancing. Improving your health on the inside helps you FEEL and LOOK good on the outside.  

Along with being passionate about sharing with you The Six Steps.., I’m passionate about nature, animals, and fresh locally farmed and naturally raised foods.  During my free time I enjoy expressing myself through art, poetry, cooking, dance, music.  I also love to travel to hot destinations.
